Spring

We still have some snow in the area, but on my walk yesterday these flowers told me that spring is here. The days are much longer, the birds are singing, and we can look forward to the light summer nights here in the north.

Another Ufo

I started to make these last autumn; and put them away for some while. Now they are done. The pattern is made by AnnAKa.

A new cushion

I haven't had much time for sewing the last days, but now is a cushion finished.

Next project will be one of my Ufoes; which one I don't know yet. But first of all I will go for a walk in the sunny weather we have today.

Baby Quilt

A couple of days ago - among all the Ufoes - I found an old baby quilt top I started on in 1995. It was one of my first quilts. At that time I hadn't many fabrics to choose from, and the nearest quilt shop was miles away. I wouldn't chosen these today.
Well, I decided to get it done, and I'll give it to a charity for children in hospital.

Orange Crush Mystery

Step 2 is now available and I have the fabrics cut into strips. But I will be a little bit behind making the 142 blocks because I'm waiting for the Easy Angle ruler I have ordered. I want to do it the easiest way :-)

Table runner

One more table runner is finished.

Ufo finished

I was early awake today, so I finished this table runner in the morning. It's an Ufo from last Oct. I was so optimistic; no problem to finish it before Advent, but I guess you know how it is. It's much more fun to start on a new project:-)

Well, now it's done and it feels good.

Mystery Quilt

I will do a Mystery quilt from Quiltville. I have a lot of scraps from which I have cut 2" strips.

Siggy-block

Saturday I received a Siggy-block from a quilter in Germany. I have been swapping blocks for about a year. One day I hopefully can get enough to make a bedspread.

Now I have to make a block for her.
